I have been in more massive and popular concerts but one of my favorite concerts in my life was during the year 2018, on July 14, that day I went to the concert of the chilean singer Gepe, in a place called Blondie. It was a small concert but I was enjoying it a lot, but the best thing was when I heard my favorite song, called "Hablar de ti", the person next to me asked me if I could be his girlfriend, and since then we are together, it was a beautiful moment for us, it will be a moment that I will never forget. That night we had a great time listening good music.

A place I don't really like
Well, this is a difficult post, because I don't think any place I have been is bad or disgusting.
But if I have to choose a place that I really don't like is Melipilla.
Melipilla is a city near Santiago, last year I needed to go there because it is the place where my boyfriend lives. I didn't know this city before, that was the first time that I traveled there.
The things that I didn't like it was the boredom I felt in this place, they didn't have much sites for entertainment and the city was so gray, like without trees inside the city.
Melipilla means in mapudungun: meli pillañ, 'four pillanes', and was founded on 11th October of 1742 by José Manso de Velasco.
In resume, I don't really hate Melipilla, I only think that It is not a place to live for a person like me, that I like quieter places with a lot of vegetation.

Class of autumn 2020
Hello dears classmates, my name is Francisca, I´m 26 years old and I´m in latest year in the career of Chemistry and pharmacy .
My biggest weakness in the study of English, is the moment when I try to talk with other people, because I feel so nervous in that situation.
In these complicated moments, I try to be at home all the time. Fortunately I bought a new game in my console, so I spend all my free time in this game, that it is called Animal Crossing. It´s a very cute and funny form to spend the hours in these days. But in some moments I feel so worried for my most vulnerable members of my family, like my grandmother, because she have 84 years old.
I want this ugly virus get out of this planet and all of us be safe and happy.

A horrifying mental disease

Artistic view of how the world feels like with schizophrenia |
Schizophrenia is a chronic and severe mental disorder that affects how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. People with schizophrenia may seem like they have lost touch with reality.
Others symptoms can be a false belief, unclear or confused thinking, hearing voices that do not exist, reduced social engagement and emotional expression, and lack of motivation.
Also, people with schizophrenia can have other mental health problems like anxiety or depression.
These symptoms come on gradually, begin in young adulthood, and, in many cases, regrettably, never resolve.
But... what is the cause? the combination of genetic and environmental factors play an important role in the development of schizophrenia. As in the case of people with a family history of schizophrenia, have a 20–40% chance of being diagnosed one year later.

Positive and negative symptoms |
Negative symptoms are deficits of normal emotional responses and are less responsive to medication. They include flat expressions or little emotion, poverty of speech, inability to experience pleasure, lack of desire to form relationships, and lack of motivation. Negative symptoms appear to contribute more to poor quality of life, functional ability, and the burden on others than positive symptoms do.
Schizophrenia is diagnosed more frequently in males than females, and typically appears earlier in men, in the rang of 20–28 years for males and 26–32 years for females. Is much rarer see cases of this disorder in childhood or old age.
According to epidemiology studies named in Wikipedia, schizophrenia affects around 0.3–0.7% of people at some point in their life. The impact of schizophrenia tends to be highest in Oceania, the Middle East, and East Asia, while the nations of Australia, Japan, the United States, and most of Europe typically have low impact.
How is schizophrenia treated? Two main types of treatment can help with symptoms: antipsychotic medications and psychotherapy.
Schizophrenia is considered a disorder of the mind, but the latest research shows that organs, other than the brain, also change at the onset of the disease.

Schizophrenia is considered a disorder of the mind, but the latest research shows that organs, other than the brain, also change at the onset of the disease.

Scientists have known for a long time that people with schizophrenia have much higher rates of physical illness compared with the general population, and this contributes to startlingly high rates of premature death. People with the disorder die 15 to 20 years earlier than the average person.
This poor physical health has often been seen as a secondary effect of illness. Antipsychotic drugs, for example, are associated with an increased risk of weight gain and type 2 diabetes.
I choose this topic because most mental disorders seem very interesting, and in particular the schizophrenia.
The history of this disease is terrifying, and we never know if someone of our family or even us can suffer from this mental disease in the future, for this reason, it is good to know a little about the symptoms and causes.

The world of cosmetic technology
The favorite subject of my career is cosmetic technology. This is a subject of ninth semester of the career Pharmacy and Chemistry.
In class, we learn about the industry of cosmetic, how are they made it, the composition and ingredients of various cosmetic like Make up, Shampoo, Sunscreens and some others.
We have laboratories and class, but the most fun is the experience in the laboratory, because we can make with ours hands some of themes show in class, but only some of them, like lipsticks, shampoos, deodorants and body creams.
In class the teachers teach us the theoretical part in relation of cosmetics, them formulations, uses and even them adverse effects.
But the practical part is my favorite, because I like so much the world of cosmetics, so made them is very funny and cool for me, especially when I can prove it in myself and them are not too bad.

In the teaching activities participate two teachers, Olosmira and Edda, and in the laboratory participate one of the teachers and one assistant.
Maybe for some people this subject is no very important in comparison with others like pharmacology or others subjects pharmaceutical, but actually its really important, because in no other career teach us of this stuff, so we never will learn about manufacture of cosmetics unless we will be a pharmacist.

The chilean person on field of health area that I admire

In 1881, at age 15, Eloisa Diaz achieved to break down the prejudices and she took the exams to apply for university education, approving them. After that, she decided to enrolled in the Medicine School of the University of Chile, being one of the first women to enter a higher education institution in our country.
Her studying years were not exempt from problems, because Eloisa Diaz had to fight against the maleness of the time. In addition, she went to classes accompanied by her mother, possibly that was a very awkward situation for her and that was only because Eloisa couldn't stay in a place full of men alone.
However, she graduated in Medicine and Pharmaceutical on December 27th of 1886; a few months after, on January 3rd of 1887, she received her degree of surgeon.
The thesis that allowed her to obtain the title of doctor was called: "Brief observations on the appearance of puberty in Chilean women and the pathological predispositions of sex."
In 1910 Eloisa participated in Hygiene and Medicine International Scientific Congress in Buenos Aires, where she was named "Illustrious Woman of America".
Later she was named Director of the School Medical Service of Chile in 1911, where she implemented school breakfasts and mass vaccination of students, as well as campaigns to combat alcoholism, rickets and tuberculosis.
I really like her, because she always was a fighter for meet her goals, and after that she give everything of her for help the others, especially the children.
She was not only the first woman who became doctor, she was one of the first woman that challenged the society of his time, which makes her in a symbol of excellence for all chilean women in this maleness society.
